Thank you for your referral. 

Once the referral paperwork is received from your office, it will be entered into our database and given to Dr. Hamilton and May within 24 hrs to review.  Within 24 hrs after the scheduler has received the review determinations, she will call your patient to schedule the consultation.  We will make three attempts to contact your patient within a two week period of time.  If we do not receive any response, we will alert you that your referral will be archived until we are contacted by your office or the patient.
